 Hi I'm Rechelle, the director of Lamonde. I have been in the hairdressing industry for 17years since completing my certificate in hairdressing at TAFE with a distinction and am a licensed hairdresser. I completed my apprenticeship at the end of 1997, and in 1998 I established Lamonde from scratch. I started the business to build a reputation in the industry, to be my own boss, to serve clients in my own way and to develop an excellent business. I have completed an extensive amount of colour technical courses in many different companies including, Keune , L'Oreal, Delorenzo , Joico , Matrix, Wella , Goldwell and many more so I feel that I have a lot of knowledge from all aspects of the Hairdressing industry. I was highly trained in 2001 in Bionic Permanent Hair Straightening and have had a lot of experience in that field as I have a massive clientele in that specific market.In 2004 I completed a course for Raccoon Hair Extensions, which have also been very popular in our salon. I am very much an entrepreneur and am constantly bettering myself to help develop my team and my business to be beyond expectations. I have completed many business related courses, including '2007 Leadership in Management' which was run by L'Oreal .I also achieved my Certificate 3 in Beauty Therapy at Coastal Collage in Wyong in 2005.The future of Lamonde can only take us to bigger and better places. I will, in the future have a chain of 'Lamondes' in the Newcastle and Sydney Regions. |

Linda Warwick
Hi everyone, My name is Linda Warwick and I am the team manager of Lamonde Hair Face and Body, just a little bit about me, I have been hairdressing 10yrs, I started my apprenticeship back when I was 15 with La Monde and also completed it here as well before I set off to see the world for a couple of yrs. I’ve now been back with La Monde since December and loving it, the staff are the most well trained team I have ever worked with and their work speaks for itself, they surprise me every day with new innovative styles they come up with, all very naturally gifted. We offer a variety of top class services here at La Monde with the standard of service second to none, come in and see us today if you are anything like us, your hair is so very important and must be looking stylish on all occasions. |

Stacey Onley
Hi my name is Stacey, I am a senior stylist with 8 years’ experience. I did my whole apprenticeship down at Umina and was there for the whole time and whilst I enjoyed my time there, I’m loving my new surroundings at La Monde, I have been here since the start of March and feel right at home. I’ve worked mainly with Wella Hair professional products and have attended all the courses they have been able to offer me. Since starting at La Monde I have attended some great courses with KEUNE already and am loving learning about their great products. I specialize mainly in cutting as I believe that’s where I excel; I love all aspects but love creating new styles and shapes with my scissors. |

Chelsea Birdsong
Hi my name is Chelsea I am new to Lamonde and I just moved to Australia 6 months ago from the United States! I have been a hairdresser for 4 years! I love cutting, colouring, and styling hair but most of all I love making people feel beautiful and confident! It’s the most rewarding feeling!! I trained at Anthony David Platinum Hair Academy in Oklahoma and I have worked at salons in Oklahoma, Florida and New South Wales. I moved here with my boyfriend who is Australian. I met him in the states and we have been together for 4 years now! I love it here on the central coast! It’s perfect! I'm also very lucky to find a great salon like Lamonde! It’s a great place to work everyone’s really fun and friendly!

Hey my name is Rachel Dodds, I have been hairdressing for just over a year now and I love it, I’ve always wanted to do it, so now I’m finally pursuing my dream! I enjoy meeting new people and making them feel great about themselves. I’m excited to be working at Lamonde and doing as many courses as possible, it will be a big and exciting change for me.. Zoe Absolum
My name is Zoe, I am a second year at Lamonde. I have been in the hairdressing industry since I was 17. I love every aspect about it, although colours and upstyles bring out my enthusiasm the most! I have a bubbly personality and am always smiling.
Give me a challenge and I will always work to my full potential and give you the best result possible.
Throughout my hairdressing career so far I have competed in two hairshows, one of which I received an award for best color.
This isn't just a job, work or even a career for me, it's a passion. |

Taylah Biddle
Hi my name is Taylah, I have been hairdressing for a year now and just LOVE IT, before I started here I worked in the food industry but it definitely was not my calling in life. I believe I am good at everything I put my mind to but my PASSION is making people feel good about themselves. At this early stage in my career I have been told I am the BOMB massager, I really enjoy seeing the clients so relaxed. I feel I have already accomplished so much in this short time but look forward to all the exciting things ahead in my career. I love all the girls I work with, they are very helpful and teach me so much. I look forward to seeing u all in the salon so I can give you one of my BOMB massages. They call me DYNAMITE. |

Hi Everyone... My name is Kim! l have been a receptionist on and off for lamonde for almost 11years! WOW & i still love it!!
I have two beautiful children, and we are all BIG animal lovers so between sport and our pets we are kept very busyon weekends.
Customer service is my specialty, with Lamonde WINNING the 2009 Customer Service BUSINESS AWARD of the year!!!
I always strive to provide our GREAT clients the best possible service available in hairdressing!!

Simone Harper
Hi my name is Simone Harper, I’m currently the mother hen of La Monde and have been on and off for the past 6 years. I originally started as a receptionist and over the years my role has changed a few times, from Receptionist to Salon assistant to Hairdresser now I am a personal assistant that helps in the back of lamonde. I am also the proud Mum of two gorgeous boys Jayden and Bailey and the stunning wife of Justin. I am kept very busy by my sporting family most weekends. I love working with all the girls at La Monde, we are like a little family.All the best. |

Vanessa Regetas
Hi Everyone,
For those of you who don’t know me I am Vanessa ‘the Beauty Therapist’ or as a lot of clients call me ‘the girl with the magic hands’ and/or ‘the girl out the back’ ha ha. I own and operate Vanity Lounge which is located inside Lamonde Hair (at the back of the hair salon).
I’ve worked side by side with the Lamonde Team now for 4 Years this coming March. I lease a space within Rechelle’s business and yes, we are separate businesses.
I have been fully qualified as a Beauty Therapist for 7 years now and I provide services to all aspects of Beauty Therapy.
You could definitely say that pampering and looking after people is my passion, and as a lot of you know, my other passions are fitness and weight training. I have decided not to compete this year as dieting combined with hard training definitely takes a lot of my time away from the business. I am sure a lot of my regular clients are right now thinking “thank god”! It’s a crazy sport I know!
I am constantly asked what Treatments I love doing the most are, and yes the cliché answer is all of them! But if you don’t like what you do then you know it’s time for a change so thankfully I Love! Love! Love! what I do. The treatments most popular however are: Facials, Pedicures/ Manicures, Eyebrow waxing and Brazilians.
There are seasonal promotions that I run every 3 months along with monthly birthday vouchers, both of which are sent via Email. If you don’t receive these than please let me know and I will update your details on my database to ensure you receive the full benefit of my promotions and vouchers.
